This 1967 Morgan 4/4 is a very original good running driver, that needs some TLC. I bought it a while ago but have not used it (it went straight into my heated storage) and divorce forces me to sell it. It is not in showroom condition but a very nice driver. Very original car that spent its entire life with the same family before my brief ownership.

It was acquired new by the previous owner’s father in England in 1968 and was imported into the US in 2010.

The pre-Crossflow 1,498cc Ford inline-four runs good and features a reverse-flow cylinder head with both the intake and exhaust ports on the same side of the engine. Factory-rated output was 59.5 horsepower. An overhaul is said to have been performed in the late 1980s, and work in March 2022 included fitting a replacement aluminum fuel tank as well as replacing the fuel line, fuel pump, and battery.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission that shifts good. The clutch cylinders and hoses were replaced in March 2022.

The car is finished in white over black and is powered by a 1.5-liter Ford inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a wood-rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel, a center-hinged hood, a wood veneer dashboard, a heater, a chrome grille, a soft top frame, 15โ€ณ steel wheels, front disc brakes, and Smiths gauges. Recommissioning work performed in March 2022, reportedly following 12 years of storage, included replacing the battery, fuel tank, fuel pump and hoses, and clutch cylinders.

The car is finished in white and is equipped with a driver-side mirror, a center-hinged hood, and a chrome grille and bumpers with overriders. A soft top frame is included in the sale, though the windows are missing. The bumpers show dents and corrosion and the turn signals and wipers are nonfunctional per the seller.

Silver-finished 15โ€ณ steel wheels wear 165/80 Roadstone SB802 tires, and a matching spare with a Semperit Hi-Life tire is mounted at the rear. The car brakes but the front disc and rear drum brakes need work in order for the car to be road worthy.

The interior features bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl as well as matching door panels and floor coverings. Equipment includes a wooden dashboard, a glovebox, a heater, a rear parcel shelf, and lap belts. The dashboard veneer is chipped.

A wood-rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation that includes a 110-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as gauges monitoring coolant temperature, amperage, fuel level, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 16k miles and is said to have rolled over. True mileage is unknown.

Open for trades down.

The car is sold AS IS, with no warranty.
