This AMX was originally Laredo Tan with matching interior. Paint was stripped to bare metal and repainted Matador Red with Black and Red interior and signature Black racing stripes. The glass is in good condition with some windshield scratches, and the windows roll up and down. Both front and rear bumpers are new. Taillight bezels have some pitting with taillight lens like new. All exterior lights work including brake, turn signals, headlights, and side markers
The interior was redone in a red and black vinyl to match the Matador red paint. Carpeting is new. Dashboard is in good condition, and all gauges and lights work. Radio pod was replaced with after market radio and a 3-gauge setup in place of lighter and ash tray. Original dash plaque is number 00186
The power comes from the 390 CI motor with 315 HP and automatic trans. The 390 was warmed up with different cam and (I was told when I bought it) rebuilt with hardened seats. Ignition changed to electronic ignition. Factory Magnum 14” wheels with new 205/70R/14 tires,
Other options include original wood Tilt steering wheel with power steering, power front disc brakes, power rear drum brakes and 3.15;1 rear gears.
