This car has straight body panels and is a rust free undercoated car. It started out as a 6 cylinder and the 302 v8 was too heavy for the original suspension. I had the entire suspension system replaced by a professional, due to the weight of the v8. It came with a C4 automatic transmission, but I had the professional install a Tremec 5 speed with a hydraulic clutch. I installed a new aluminum radiator and cooling system and the halo headlights, which turn orange when the turn signals are active. The builder put a GT hood on the car and Shelby rims. The car has four wheel disc brakes (manual), power steering (tilt), power roof, and shaved doors that open by remote control. The engine has headers, Edlebrock four barrel, a new power steering pump, and dual exhaust. This car drives straight, has great tires and gets lots of compliments, but it is not a show car. The paint looks great from a few feet away but up close it has many imperfections.
